Through interdisciplinary studies, structured activities, language practice, and reflective learning, GAP students who complete the program will gain profound insights and develop expanded worldviews.

Graduates will receive the Global Awareness Program recognition on their transcripts. Current GAP students have access to exclusive scholarships. Students may be required to have a percentage of the program complete for eligibility.

- Curiosity: The desire to know more and answer the question of “why” drives people to explore the unknown and the unfamiliar.
- Open-Mindedness: When we seek to know more, we will inevitably be challenged with thoughts, beliefs, and perspectives that do not match our own. Even in the face of this discomfort, we must be willing to learn more and suspend judgment so that we can gain an understanding, regardless of whether we agree or disagree with it.
- Empathy: When we understand context and perspectives, we can develop empathy, which is the ability to understand the perspective of another.
